My family and I enjoyed the food. It was very delicious(after re-heating). However, it would have been more better if there was a separate counter for online pickup. The lineup was long that day. My young daughter and I were waiting in line like everyone else, even though our online order was already sitting in the back counter waiting to be picked up, from where I was standing. Given that the lineup was already long, my budging the line would have caused confusion and frustration for other customers who were already in line, so I didn't budge. We waited till it was our turn to speak to a restaurant employee. The wait in line was about 20 minutes for me and my daughter. The online order had completed approximately 20 minutes prior to my arrival at Kent's Kitchen. If a separate online pickup counter had been established, we wouldn't have had to wait that long. Regardless, the food was delicious and it was still within the 2 hour safety limit according to Food Safe standards. But still, a separate online pickup counter would be better for the online ordering experience. I would still recommend Kent's Kitchen for the variety of food options. Plus, it's delicious. My whole family enjoyed it.

Everything was great except we ordered 2 beef and broccoli and it had no beef in it...not sure if they just forgot or what happened. Other than that it was good!

Graet service, with reasonable price. I enjoyed eating at Ken's kitchen for years.

I had been scouring the internet trying to find a good Chinese restaurant. There were plenty but with hefty pricing per dish. Kent’s Kitchen did not disappoint! The food was fresh, flavorful, the portions were solid too (yay for leftovers!) and my daughter loved it. She even went so far as to say, let’s eat here again! Stamp of approval from us!

Love Kent's kitchen. Great value. We went to Kent's for decades in chinatown and when they moved, we missed them so now we hike over to Victoria drive. Awesome variety and reasonably priced- the body craves Kent's and when it does, it's a must try! Kent's is great for a crowd or a single person too. I love how it's a choice of 2 items over rice or chow mein. It's perfect for when you don't want to cook and for the holidays. Soooo grateful to have found you again Kent's, A long time, generational fan:) Always delicious..
